$CLI is permissionless but not lawless. The following workloads are prohibited on the network:

• Cryptomining on rented capacity unless explicitly listed by the provider.
• Distribution of illegal content (CSAM, IP infringement, sanctioned goods).
• Active offensive security tooling against third parties.
• Model training that violates the rights of identifiable individuals.
• Botnet / DDoS / spam infrastructure.

Providers can decline workloads at registration time via tags. Reports go to abuse@cli.computer. Verified violations trigger immediate suspension and forfeiture of locked funds back to renters where applicable.
