$CLI ("Compute Layer Interface") operates a marketplace for CPU and GPU compute, paid in USDC on Solana. By accessing the service you accept these terms.

Service model. $CLI brokers compute between renters and providers. Capacity is sourced from three classes: community (peer providers), managed (platform-owned), and upstream (third-party clouds).

Wallets & funds. $CLI provides a custodial Solana wallet per account. You may withdraw at any time subject to network confirmation and the platform killswitch.

Fees. 2.5% platform fee on rentals and payouts. Network costs are passed through.

Acceptable use. See /legal/acceptable-use. Workloads must not infringe rights, violate law, or attempt to compromise the network.

No warranty. Compute is delivered on a best-effort basis. Refunds for downtime follow the heartbeat refund logic, not a fixed SLA.

This is an MVP. Terms will harden before mainnet.
